These Terms of Service apply to everything you buy or use from Ink Printing Co LLC ("Ink Printing Co," "we," "us"), including inkprintingco.com, our 3D designer, our AI logo generator, our design service, our memberships, and orders placed with our sales reps. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Custom, made-to-order products

Every order is printed for you after you place it. Because your logo or design is permanently printed on the garment, all sales are final. Our Refund Policy explains what happens if we make a mistake.

2. Pricing and bulk discounts

Prices are listed per piece. Bulk pricing applies automatically starting at 11 pieces and improves at higher quantities. Extra print locations are priced as shown on each product. Quotes from our team are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. If a price is listed incorrectly because of an error, we will contact you before printing, and you can approve the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

3. Your artwork

When you upload or send us artwork, logos, names or text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that printing it does not infringe anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights. You agree to cover any claims, costs or damages that result if it does. You give us permission to use your artwork only to produce, proof and deliver your order.

We can refuse any order containing content that is illegal, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or that we reasonably believe infringes someone else's rights. If we refuse an order before it is printed, we will refund you in full.

4. Previews and proof approval

Our 3D designer and proof sheets show how your order will look. By checking out, you approve your design exactly as shown, including spelling, colors, sizes, quantities, garment color and print placement. Please check everything carefully. We print what you approve.

5. Color, placement and garment variation

Screens display color differently, so printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your device. Print placement may vary by up to about half an inch between pieces. Garment sizing and fit come from the blank manufacturer, so please check each size chart. If a garment or color becomes unavailable, we will contact you to approve a replacement or refund that item before printing.

6. AI logo generator and design service

Designs created with our AI logo generator are provided as-is. AI-generated images may resemble existing designs, and we cannot guarantee that any generated design is unique or free of someone else's trademark. You are responsible for checking a design before using it as your brand. The number of free generations for non-members may change at any time. Work from our human design team is covered by the same rules once you approve it.

Preview images from our site may carry a watermark for non-members. Do not remove watermarks or use preview images for commercial purposes without a membership or an order.

7. Production, shipping and pickup

Standard orders are ready to ship or pick up in about 7 days, and paid rush orders in about 5 days. The clock starts once your order is paid and your artwork is final. If we need a better file or a design change from you, the clock starts when we have it. Shipping transit time is added on top. Timeframes are estimates and can be affected by carriers, weather, blank garment supply, holidays and very large orders. We ship nationwide across the United States. Local pickup is available at 1 Belvedere Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735, and we'll let you know when your order is ready. Once a carrier marks a package delivered, responsibility for it passes to you. If we miss a paid rush date, we will refund the rush fee.

8. Memberships

Memberships (Design Studios, Pro Production and Elite Partner Program) are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, and your membership stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial periods. Monthly perks, including the Elite Partner free sample and strategy call, must be used in that month and do not roll over. We may add, change or remove perks with notice.

9. Photos of your order

We may photograph or film finished orders to show our work on our website and social media. If you don't want your order shown, tell us and we will not use it or will remove it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, including missed events or deadlines.

10A. Payment disputes

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first so we can make it right under our Refund Policy. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay a resolution. We may share your order details, approved proof and delivery records with your bank to respond to a dispute.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
