Questions, answered

Is there a minimum order?

No. Order a single piece or a thousand. Volume pricing starts automatically at 11 units and improves at 50, 150, 400 and 1000 — no code, no negotiation.

What artwork should I upload?

The highest resolution file you have — PNG, JPG or a transparent PNG works best. We print from your original upload, not from the 3D preview, so the preview is only there to show placement. If your artwork sits on a white background, use Remove BG in the designer and we’ll print the cut-out version.

I don’t have a logo or design yet.

Describe what you’re after and our design team will draw it for you — free when you print with us. Send us the brief and we’ll come back with concepts.

Can I print in more than one place on the garment?

Yes. Left chest is included free, and you can add full front, full back, sleeves, hood, pocket and tag placements. Each additional zone shows its price as you add it, and the total is included in the price you see before checkout.

What if the colour or size I want is sold out?

Save your design and leave an email or mobile number. We keep your artwork and placement exactly as you set them, and let you know the moment that size and colour is back — you don’t have to rebuild anything.

Do you handle business uniforms and repeat orders?

That’s most of what we do. We keep your artwork and placements on file, so a reorder is a message rather than a rebuild. Get in touch to set up an account.
