Return and Refund Policy

Every Ink Printing Co order is made to order. Your logo or design is permanently printed onto your garments, so they cannot be resold. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

Please check everything before you check out

Before you place your order, please review your design, garment, color, sizes, print spots and quantity in the preview. By placing your order, you approve your design as shown. We print what you approve.

Sizing

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order.

If we make a mistake

If your order arrives with a printing error, a defect, or damage caused by us, we will reprint the affected items at no cost to you. This includes a misprint, a wrong color or garment, or a print in the wrong spot. Contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. Please keep the items until we confirm the issue.

Order changes and cancellations

Once your order is placed, it goes into production. We cannot cancel or change orders after they are placed.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Local pickup orders are held at our Farmingdale location until picked up.
